WHO WE ARE

Sicilydream was born from the idea of Giuseppe Conigliaro, an economics student with a great passion for the real estate market. After completing his studies he decided to move to Malta in 2017 attracted by the interesting business opportunities in the aforementioned market. His goal was to work as a self-employed real estate agent, but being new to that country he initially decided to collaborate with a local agency to learn about the relevant legislation and consumer attitudes. After a while he realized that the software used by the various agencies had major gaps in terms of data collection and management: at the time buyers were not even profiled. Furthermore, no software was able, as it still is today, to give a quantitative answer by matching buyers to properties and vice versa, so thanks to his business and statistical knowledge he began to design an innovative software capable of dealing with these information gaps, all this by carrying out his work as an agent, so as to be able to finance himself. In the meantime, the pandemic arrives which repeatedly makes it impossible for him to work as a real estate agent, which is why he is forced to temporarily return to Italy. There he noticed the strong demand from foreign buyers towards his native region, that is Sicily, so he decided to use his innovative technology to meet the aforementioned needs.

We are at the beginning of this adventure whose ultimate goal is to offer a network capable of satisfying the demand for properties and information about Sicily for foreign users. Welcome and feel at ease!
