What is our vision?

The aim is to provide a technology capable of instantly directing anyone dealing with the real estate market, therefore buyers, sellers and agents, towards the best solutions based on their needs: following a few clicks the user is able to fill the need for home without getting lost in endless searches. To achieve this great objective we have carefully studied the human mind and in particular the world in which it processes preferences regarding properties, replicating this process computerically. This is a standard system applicable to any nation, which is why we intend to use it in several countries beyond Italy in the short term: to date no real estate platform has been able to expand at a European level, since they basically all hold the same limited data processing capacity.
To conclude, the greatest aspiration is to create the first real estate network capable of embracing the entire European continent, so as to easily and quickly interconnect all those who interact with this wonderful market.

Can technology boost real estate?

Everyone knows that the said market is going through a bad time globally due to recklessly increasing interest rates by banks, causing huge hardships to people and real estate agents. While property prices remain considerable, those who want to buy have an increasingly limited and expensive budget available in terms of mortgage payments due to the credit crunch. Inevitably, in order not to become paralyzed, the real estate sector will have to find a new price balance, which as we know arises from the meeting between supply and demand, however this is a slow process. Information technology could be very useful in speeding up the above process, were it not for the fact that the current real estate portals are nothing short of disastrous when used: it is sufficient to carry out a search with any of them to obtain a multitude of results which lead to total confusion, so the user is forced to view them one by one, taking a long time and often carrying out inconclusive real estate visits. All this mainly leads to waste of time and money. Even today, finding the right property is more a question of luck than of the capacity of the portals, since the relevance of the search results is determined exclusively by the agencies, who pay for their properties to appear at the top: essentially whoever pays more has greater visibility, but this seriously compromises the usefulness of the service, making the user experience practically a nightmare. Even real estate agents, given the current intersection systems, are led to confusion, losing so many sales opportunities, which in a serious financial moment like the present one, can lead to the failure of their business!

Can Sicilydream make a difference?

Sicilydream was born as a peer-to-peer network for agencies and freelancers in the real estate market (MLS), allowing them to share data securely to increase sales. This sharing is particularly effective due to the AI ​​we have created, capable of cross-referencing data in a powerful and innovative way, furthermore the service is completely free. Although the business model is B2B (business-to-business), as the main customers are real estate brokers, in truth it is also a B2C (business-to-consumer) at the same time, as it is also aimed at private individuals. In general, this platform is a portal, MLS and management at the same time: a formula never seen before!
We aim to revolutionize the real estate sector, so that the individual agency/freelance by affiliating will be able to take part in this large and dynamic network, so as to do without franchises and classic portals. We want to become the first sharing economy platform for real estate: the future of this sector is called Sicilydream!
